Casa Rea, Holiday home in Piemont (2 prs.)
Casa Rea has been transformed from an old rundown house into a luxuriously furnished holiday home, suitable for two people. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the bedroom with
a double bed (180 cm wide) and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has a bubble bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine is available in the technical room. On the first floor the living room and open kitchen are situated, both with access to the balcony (24 m2). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, a coffee machine (Nescafe) and water boiler are available. Through the use of solar panels and a pellet stove for the production of hot water, the nature house is CO2 neutral. This hot water does not only consist of sanitary water, but is also used to heat the house on cold days. |
Casa Rea is a non-smoker house and unfortunatly pets are not allowed.
Price
The minimum stay is 5 days and the arrival and departure day is flexible. Nature and surroundings
Casa Rea is located on the edge of the panoramic village of Murazzano, right below the cemetery. The cottage is surrounded by a two-hectare terrain site with various fruit trees.
| Around the house there are various seating areas and an outdoor kitchen. From the various terraces you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and you have a wonderful view of Murazzano. Murazzano is located in the Langhe region, in the border region between the regions of Piedmont and Liguria. Here the landlords have created a place where both they (their winter home) and their guests feel comfortable. A place where you can enjoy all the beauty that this region has to offer, surrounded by silence and tranquillity.
